Dubai Hills Estate Business Park comprises four office buildings arranged around a central multi-storey car park. For the car park façade, KAPHS supplied EGLA-TWIN 4263 stainless steel architectural wire mesh from Haver & Boecker — a filigree screen that satisfies both the architect’s visual brief and the ventilation requirements of a multi-storey parking structure.

With a 65% open mesh structure and one smooth, light-reflective surface, the cladding draws daylight across a wide area while concealing the parking levels. Manufactured as ready-to-install elements up to 25 m long and 3 m wide, the mesh was fixed to the façade using a discreet system of flat tension profiles and clevis bolts.
