The glass types used are a combination of 504 P26/60/7 with an L1 coating and 504 with a Low Emissivity (Low-E) coating.
The 504 P26/60/7 with L1 coating is selected for its ability to diffuse light softly while providing a sleek, modern look that aligns with the upscale environment of The Beach.
